Loved how this movie balanced the tight rope of who the true villain is in this narrative. At first glance, it’s easy to say it’s candyman, but it’s deeper than that. The real problem in this story was the demonization of people because of the color of their skin. At times this theme was slightly too apparent in its dialogue, but overall the movie has a great message. I like this on a Sativa dominant hybrid, there are some fun scares, and a Sativa gets that heart racing. Still, there are also some tremendously creepy visuals, and having not too strong of a Sativa allows you to take some time and see everything this movie has to offer.
